I'm ready for some much needed R&R. Looking foward to some warm, sunshine and hanging out at the resort with no specific itinerary planned out. We'll just see what happens because in a month we are going to be very busy in Europe.

Wheel Chair

Mom's favorite way to travel now is via wheel chair! I ordered her one for our upcoming trip to Cancun. It does help us get through Security/Customs faster. Even so, I can't believe that she likes it.

Eight people were killed early Tuesday after attackers hurled Molotov cocktails into a bar in Cancun, Mexico, according to reports.

The bar is in an area of Cancun not frequented by tourists, well away from the beach hotel zone. Six women and two men, reportedly all Mexican nationals, were killed in the 1:30 a.m. strike.

According to NBC, citing Mexico's Excelsior newspaper, the bar refused to pay extortionists.

This won't stop us from going, but I will definitely stay away from the non-touristy areas since these Gangsters can't control themselves. It's really sad. I hope that they get these drug situations under control (here and in Mexico!). Chicago is just out of control right now as well.
