Ho! Ho! Ho!...Neelie gave me a free Apple Vacations FAM for two for Christmas, so mom and I are going to the RIU Caribe in Cancun from October 3-7. We always go to the Riviera Maya, so we wanted to go somewhere different. We chose the RIU Caribe because we have a lot of RIU points accrued. They are sensitive to food allergies when preparing the food, so it's safe for me to eat there. I've spoken to the Chefs and they take a lot of precautions, which is perfect for me.
We also liked the very large balconies. They look so welcoming.
